She has worked across governance, business ownership, leadership, high-performance sport, philanthropy, strategy, culture and leadership coaching - supporting individuals and teams to navigate complexity, elevate performance, and lead with clarity to get results.
Tonia is a Chartered Independent Director, trained leadership coach and SmartLeaderTM Psychometrics accredited practioner with academic foundations of double degrees in Physical Education and Commerce with a Marketing Major.
